Unique Care Plans

Individuality is central to our beliefs; we collaborate closely with each resident and their families to establish personalised and comprehensive care plans that can be altered as requirements change. Every resident is allocated a nurse or key worker who will provide the necessary help and care on a consistent basis. It is our highest priority to serve all residents as if they were members of our own family, ensuring that they are safe and comfortable during their stay at The Amwell Care Home.

Continuous Assessments

To provide a full medical evaluation, we use a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) process that brings together doctors from many disciplines in an organised and efficient manner. Our residents will continue to benefit from monthly reviews following an initial assessment, ensuring that they receive the finest immediate and ongoing care available.
